Vapiano is a concept originally developed in Germany. It is a restaurant selling pasta, pizza and salads freshly made in front of you from an open kitchen.

Vapiano (Garden City – Brisbane)

The concept has beautiful touches of humour and fresh thinking. The restaurant is filled with oak offset by real olive trees and pots of herbs which customers are encouraged to pick from. When Vapiano wanted to come to Australia, Juicy Design was asked to further develop the concept for the local markets. The first location in Australia was over two levels and had over 150 seats, including two bars and an open kitchen.
